This week…
Really into:
- Printed animals on blouses, dresses, etc. (especially swans and flamingos, but the elephants on this blouse are cute, too)
- Going to Ravinia tomorrow! Hall & Oates are playing. Yes, we may be the youngest people there, but that hasn’t stopped us the past 5 times we’ve gone to see them in Chicago (true story…it started out as a joke and now we MUST go!). Fingers crossed for no rain…
- Little B’s bravery - this week he has really progressed in walking (with assistance) to get from point A to point B (ask me again in a month if I like this). I love this pic of Burke and his “gf” fighting over who gets to push the car (nevermind that no one is actually inside of it)
- Ikat shorts - nothing new, but I’ve found them to be my end of summer go-to paired with an easy blouse this week (I’m also excited to pair with my new J Brand jacket!). Check out this 10 Crosby pair on sale at Intermix
- My father-in-law’s cauliflower crust pizza. Gluten free and delicious. He has perfected the recipe so much that it has a crust-like texture. Tough competition for Lou’s…
- College football starts this weekend!
Not so into:
- The cold we are passing around our family
- Soreness. I ran twice this week to start preparing for the Hot Chocolate 5K. My knees are killing me. Too fast out of the gate…
- My husband is trying a healthier eating plan where he loses a pound just by blinking. I have gained three lbs in the past week…guess who will also be trying said new eating plan?!
